In keeping with our customer promise, transactions are denominated in USD, with secure checkout accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover as available for the order.

As the applicable store rule, secure payment data is handled by Shopify and authorized processors rather than stored in full by touchland; complete card numbers and verification codes are not retained. Issuers independently decide whether to approve, decline, verify, or place a temporary hold.

To make the process transparent, provide current billing and contact details so authorization can be completed. We may stop a payment that cannot be approved or carries material fraud risk, and we collect taxes in accordance with applicable law.

To state the rule precisely, refunds that receive approval go back to the original form of payment; the financial institution generally completes posting in 5-10 business days.
